Ordering and Label Specifications
What is the MOQ for custom end fold woven labels?
The standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per custom design. However, the final MOQ also depends on the finished size, weave detail, color count, packing and order value. Therefore, send your artwork and target quantity for a clear check.
What material do you use for this woven label?
This sample uses polyester yarn. In addition, we can review other yarn or recycled-content needs for eligible projects. Confirm the material before sampling because it can affect the texture, color, cost and records.
What is the difference between an end fold and a center fold label?
An end fold label lies flat, and the sewing runs through the folded left and right ends. By contrast, a center fold label forms a loop through the middle. Therefore, a center fold can carry branding or care details on two sides.
Can you change the size, shape and fold length?
Yes. The photo sample measures about 7 cm, but we can change the finished size, body shape and fold space. Before production, we review these details with the artwork and sewing position.

Can you reproduce small text and detailed logos?
High-density weaving can show fine textile details. However, very thin lines, tiny letters, low-contrast colors and photo-like gradients may lose clarity. Therefore, we review the artwork before sampling and suggest changes when needed.
How do you match woven label colors?
Please provide Pantone Solid Coated references or another agreed color guide. Because screens and yarn show color differently, a small difference may remain. For critical brand colors, approve a physical sample or agreed production reference.
What artwork files should I send for a quote?
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG files work best. Also send the finished size, quantity, Pantone references, fold type, sewing position, packing needs and destination country. If vector artwork is not ready, you can send a clear PNG or JPG for the first review.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
The product reference gives about 3–9 working days for sampling and about 3–11 working days for bulk production after approval. However, artwork changes, quantity, material supply and the production schedule can change the timing. We confirm the lead time before you place the order.
Materials, Compliance and Use
Can you make recycled polyester or GRS-supported woven labels?
We can review recycled polyester options for eligible projects. However, a GRS scope certificate alone does not prove that a delivered order has GRS certification. Therefore, the order team must check the material, certificate scope, supplier records and valid transaction documents.
How should I check quality before the bulk order?
First, check the logo, text, borders, size, folds, edges, colors and back threads. Next, test the sewing position on the final product when possible. Finally, approve the physical sample or agreed reference before bulk production.
Do these labels work on washable garments?
Brands often use polyester woven labels on washable garments. However, wash results depend on the yarn, dyes, finish, sewing method and garment-care conditions. Therefore, tell us your wash or test standard before production when you need a specific result.
