What should I send for a quote?

What is the MOQ?
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces. Lower quantities may depend on the design, mold cost and total project value.
What is the difference between 2D and 3D PVC?
2D PVC uses flat raised levels, while 3D PVC uses curved or sculpted levels. We recommend the structure after reviewing your artwork.
How does the hook-and-loop backing work?
The patch usually carries the hook side. The matching loop panel is sewn onto the uniform, bag or equipment, so the patch can be removed and replaced.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Yes, we can use Pantone references as the target for solid colors. Still, material, lighting and screen displays may create small visual differences.
Can PVC patches show gradients or photographs?
Standard molded PVC works best with solid colors. Gradients, photographs and very fine details may require artwork changes or another process.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We can arrange a sample after confirming the artwork, size, colors, structure and backing.
