Why Choose DOY 3D PU Transfers?
1. Superior 3D Texture & Flexibility
Our PU heat transfers are not just “thick ink.” We use a multi-layer screen printing or molding process that builds genuine height (0.5mm+). The result is a logo that stands out visually but remains flexible. It stretches with the fabric and won’t crack during movement.
2. The “Cold Peel” Advantage
We use advanced Cold Peel release film.
- Why it matters: Hot peel can sometimes drag the ink, causing fuzzy edges.
- Our Result: By waiting for the transfer to cool, the adhesion sets permanently, ensuring razor-sharp lines and text as small as 2mm remain legible.
3. Laser & Special Effects Available
While standard PU leads the market in matte solid colors (Black, White, Red), we can combine PU with Laser Film capabilities (as seen in our Laser Series) to create holographic, metallic, or reflective 3D logos that catch the eye.

FAQ
What is the difference between 3D PU and Silicone Heat Transfer?
Both offer a raised, 3D effect. Silicone is more rubbery, heat-resistant, and chemically inert (better for dye-migration prevention). 3D PU is slightly more affordable, easier to color-match, and offers excellent flexibility for standard streetwear.
Can I use a home iron for these 3D labels?
We strongly recommend a professional Heat Press Machine for uniform pressure. However, for small sampling, a home iron can work if pressure is applied heavily and evenly, but durability cannot be guaranteed compared to a heat press.
Does the 3D logo crack after washing?
No. DOYLabel uses high-elasticity PU materials. Provided the application instructions (Temp/Time/Pressure/Cold Peel) are followed correctly, the label will stretch with the garment and rebound without cracking.
What file format do you need?
Vector files are best: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .CDR. If you only have JPG/PNG, high resolution (300dpi) is required, but vector ensures the sharpest 3D edges.
